Back to Mosaics!

I've been working on a couple of mosaic projects during the week. Since I caught the painting furniture bug it feels like forever since I've done one. I'll tell you it is so relaxing picking out the plates and arranging them. Breaking them well that is a different story, great stress reliever though :)

 Here is a pic while I was laying out the design on this little silver plated tray...
And here it is right after grouting...

All finished! I trimmed it out with a strand of pearls because the grouted edge just looked yucky!
