Shipping Furniture and Etsy...Guest Post

Carol from The Polka Dot Closet, my very first blog follower, asked me to participate in her series "What Sells and What Doesn't".  Aside from talking big sellers and of course the losers that are taking up permanent residence, I blah, blah, blah about shipping. I sell on Etsy and ship everything. So if you always wanted to ship but really didn't know how to go about it then join me over at The Polka Dot Closet.

Thank you for the great information. I have no need for it other than to be a shopper and shipping costs are sometimes prohibitive. You have really drilled down to the essence. Happy Selling...
P.S. I adore the whimsy of the pink dresser.

I found the best way to ship a sofa is at www.shippi.com. They charge you by weight, you just need to make sure you put in the correct shipping weight. To ship a sofa it costs around $150.00
