I was hoping to get away w/ a quick sanding...wasn't happening. Used Citrastrip and Citrastrip Wash....suddenly my new best friends...still took a long time to get them primer and paint ready. Who am I kidding? Oh and lets not forget the pieces of veneer ripped off the top and the back that needed to be replaced.
Some new ply wood and good to go! Now check out this before and after of an awesome desk by Life on Walnut Street. Don't these two look like they were previously painted by the same person...crazy! |
All stripped, primed, painted and glazed...
